Do I need to install anything on my website?
No. You approve access on your own WordPress screen. Your shop needs to use https (a padlock in the address bar).
Can Gridly change my shop without asking me?
No. Every change shows a preview first and happens only after you approve. Changes you schedule run at the time you chose, and only if nothing changed in the meantime.
Which AI apps does it work with?
Claude today. ChatGPT support is being added. You use Gridly inside the AI app you already have.
Is my customers' information safe?
Gridly does not store your orders, products or customers. Lists show shortened names. Full details appear only when you ask about one specific order.
What if it gets something wrong?
Say “undo change” and the old values are restored. You always see a preview first, so mistakes are caught before they happen.
