What is Gridly?
Gridly connects Claude (and soon ChatGPT) to your WooCommerce shop. You ask questions in plain English and get answers from your live store. You can also make changes, after seeing a preview.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send a message, you can use Gridly. The recipes give you the exact words to use.
Do I need to install a plugin?
No. You approve access on your own WordPress screen. Your shop needs to use https.
Which AI apps work with it?
Claude today. ChatGPT support is being added. You use Gridly inside the AI app you already have.
Can Gridly change things without asking me?
No. Every change shows a preview first and needs your clear yes. Scheduled changes run only at the time you chose, and only if nothing changed in between.
How do I undo a change?
Say “undo change” followed by the change number (or “undo the last change”). Gridly shows what it will restore and waits for your yes.
Can it refund an order or take payments?
No, on purpose. Use WooCommerce's own refund button.
Can Gridly see my customers' emails?
Lists show shortened names and never emails. Full details appear only when you ask about one specific order.
Does Gridly store my orders or products?
No. It reads them live when you ask and keeps a copy in memory for five minutes to answer follow-up questions faster. Your shop's access key is stored encrypted.
What does it cost?
There is a Free plan. Paid plans start at $19 a month. See pricing.
Does it work with more than one shop?
Yes. The Growth plan connects 3 shops and the Agency plan up to 25, with a one-table report across all of them.
How do I disconnect my shop?
Open your stores page and click Disconnect. For full safety, also delete the Gridly key in WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
How do I delete my account?
Open your account and use “Delete my account”. See Delete your data.
